This is an email from one of my 17 year old alopecia client's mother.  She's actually been a client for several years now, so she has gone through all of  High School with hair loss and blossomed from all the pain.

I'm doing well...if I can survive ______'s graduation stuff, "Senior-it-is", etc. and get her into College, I'll be doing fine...everyone keeps telling me how much I'm going to miss her and I know they are right...just not today!!!!!!!  You recall the young lady that had a meltdown the day of your photography session???  Well, that same weeping teenager informed me last night that "she didn't care if her boyfriend of 6 months asked her to some dance...cause she has 7 guys that all want to ask her to the prom!"  My oh my how things can turn around!!!!  You've created an ego-maniac!!!!!  And, you've done a fine job, I might add....I'd rather have this 17-year old, than the one who felt so ugly she wanted to die...
 
So, if I haven't said it lately, thank you Randy.....

When I came in for my first appointment, I was nervous and apprehensive.  I had been wearing a traditional day wear hair piece for 27 years and had gone to the same stylist for 25 years.  I knew I needed a new updated look but was unaware of what my options were and if you could help me.

You made me feel comfortable from the moment I met you.  You explained to me step by step what you could offer me and how the system works. When you finished fitting the hair piece, I had hair for the first time since high school that could blow in the front and look like it was growing out of my head!  No kidding…….. no line in the front AT ALL.

Over the last year in coming to you, I have found that you are more critical of how my hair looks than I am and I am very hard to please when it comes to my hair. I have never walked out looking and feeling less than the best I can look.  Your staff is the “special forces” of hair care.  They are always professional and their training shows in the compassion and care they show to people who have hair issues, even us old bald dudes.

Thank you for the professional help on Friday.  You and your staff truly made me feel good about the process, and I love the results. 

All of my work associates were stunned how great and undetectable the system looks, and my wife loves it.

I do want to order a custom piece that is a little lighter and thinner.  Also, I have a loose fold in the back where it feels to big for my head size, so I think custom would fit better.

And it's not only because you need to keep your business in tact, but your desire to keep your clients happy seems to be very important to you, and I admire you for that.
     I can not tell you how pleased I am for your efforts with me yesterday. My hair looks better then it ever has, and I am delighted.  Thank you so much.
    As a friend I love you. We don't say these words enough to people we like and before you know it these special people are gone and we are left with that question.   Why didn't I tell my friend how I felt about him or her? Hey there Randy! How are ya? I am doing wonderful thank you! Am meeting sooooooo many new people lately (had a date with the, and I mean THE vice president of a major company two weeks ago!) and, no joke, this is the truth, almost everyone tells me how pretty my hair is. My dance instructor always tells everyone in the class....."Here comes the lady with the wig", then he laughs and says "Only kidding, but doesn't she have beautiful hair"!

He he, if they only knew how true that really is! Ok, Ok back to business......check out - Customer grade.  Mine is the only grade you have thus far but it is a good one! Randy, you and your staff are the greatest! I love ya!
